Behind-the-Glass Tours

Tours are back at Studio Bell! Explore the hits of NMC's collection and dive deeper into Canada's music story.

Join us on a special-edition tour of the museum led by NMC’s musically skilled educators that includes all the Behind-the-Glass hits — but with a thrilling synth conclusion.

On this tour, you'll get to visit the world’s first and largest multitimbral polyphonic analogue synthesizer, TONTO (The Original New Timbral Orchestra), considered to be the ‘holy grail’ of synthesizers.

Get a behind-the-scenes glance at one of National Music Centre’s most treasured artifacts which is normally kept under wraps in our world class recording facilities.

Behind-the-Glass + TONTO tours happen at 11:00 am every Sunday in October. Tickets are $20 for General Visitors or $10 for NMC Members.
