Calgarian horn band Long Time No Time is a musical force unlike anything audiences have heard before. Formed as an amalgamation of music school nerds from the University of Calgary looking to find mainstream outlets, LTNT merges intense musicality with hard-rocking grooves that are guaranteed to get even the stodgiest party goer up on their feet.
Riding the success of their debut album "First Time Full Time," LTNT has rocked stages across Western Canada including Bermuda Shorts Day, FozzyFest, Big Winter Classic, and more. Their follow-up single "Hellephant" won them a Best Independent Canadian Music Video award, as well as collaborative opportunities with Calgary FanExpo, Calgary Public Libraries, CCMAs, CJSW, and other Canadian organizations. They are now doing everything they can to rock the Calgary scene as they prepare for the release of their second LP. Categorically ubiquitous, audiences will find themselves steadily surprised by what comes next, the only constant being that no one will be standing still.
Joining LTNT will be the University of Calgary Jazz Orchestra. An internationally recognized, award-winning ensemble led by world-renowned saxophonist/conductor Jeremy Brown, the UCJO is where Calgary's finest up-and-coming jazz musicians cut their teeth. With experience playing bars, festivals, and venues across North America, the UCJO knows how to bring a good time wherever they go.
