(Calgary, AB — November 2, 2022) The Andy Kim Christmas in support of National Music Centre (NMC) is coming to town on December 15. Presented by Mawer Investment Management Ltd., the holiday benefit concert will feature a star-studded lineup at Studio Bell in Calgary. All proceeds from the event will go to NMC and programs that amplify the transformative power of music to heal and bring people together. Tickets are on sale now at studiobell.ca/whats-on.

For nearly 20 years, Canadian Music Hall of Famer Andy Kim has presented his much-loved holiday concert alongside an impressive roster of Canadian talent, all while supporting great charitable causes. The Andy Kim Christmas in support of National Music Centre will feature performances by the “Rock Me Gently” hitmaker, acclaimed singer-songwriter Ron Sexsmith, and other well-known Canadian artists to be announced soon.

“I’m such a big a fan of National Music Centre and the work the organization is doing for the music community in Canada,” said Andy Kim. “I’m excited to take my Christmas concert out West for the first time and help raise a ton of donations for NMC.”

About The Andy Kim Christmas
For nearly 20 years, The Andy Kim Christmas has been gathering friends and fans together to celebrate the spirit and generosity of the musical community with all proceeds going to charity. In 2020, the concert brought people together from coast to coast on television, raising over $200,000 to bring its cumulative money raised to over $2 million. The program is the brainchild of music legend, and one of the evening's performers, Andy Kim. The one-of-a-kind charity event has previously included performances by some of the country’s most sought-after singer-songwriters and performers. Past guests include Ron Sexsmith, Kim Mitchell, Sarah McLachlan, Buffy Sainte-Marie, Feist, The Sheepdogs, City and Colour, Nelly Furtado, and more.
