RBC Master in Residence: Terri Clark

Join the National Music Centre on May 15 at Studio Bell for an evening of conversation and song, featuring internationally-renowned Canadian country music superstar Terri Clark, the latest RBC Master in Residence.

Through the generous support of the RBC Foundation, a select group of emerging songwriters will receive an intensive one-day mentorship session with Clark. Participants include multi award-winning artist Tracy Bone from the Keeseekoowenin Ojibway First Nation in southwestern Manitoba, Vancouver singer-songwriter Shylo Sharity, and Calgary-based Mariya Stokes. The resulting work from the mentorship will be presented as part of a Songwriters' Circle, followed by a short performance by Clark.

A 19-time CCMA Award-winner, three-time JUNO Award-winner and Canadian Country Music Hall of Fame inductee, Terri Clark has sold more than five million albums since her 1995 debut, and made history in 2004 as the first and only Canadian woman to become a member of the Grand Ole Opry.
