The intimate Terrace Commons is located next to the King Eddy Rooftop and is an ideal space for a cocktail reception, VIP area, or private gathering. Rent this space alone or in conjunction with the King Eddy Rooftop and enjoy everything this beautiful venue has to offer.

- Evening events start after 5:00 pm
- Rates are based on a six-hour booking (including load-in and load-out time) and include an Event Host and one Tech Staff
- Events with a technical component require a minimum two-hour set-up
