The National Music Centre is pleased to present Jens Lindemann and Matt Catingub with an all-star big band. This international jazz supergroup will perform the music of one of the greatest entertainers in history on the occasion of his 100th birthday.
Jens Lindemann is hailed as one of the most celebrated trumpet soloists in his instrument's history. He is a Grammy and Juno Award-nominee and an Order of Canada recipient.
Matt Catingub wears many hats: saxophonist, woodwind artist, conductor, pianist, vocalist, performer, composer, and arranger. He is the Artistic Director and co-founder of the Macon Pops in Macon, Georgia, and recently the Artistic Director and Conductor of the Glendale Pops In Los Angeles, the Hawaii Pops in Honolulu, Hawaii, as well as the Festival Pops Conductor of the New Hampshire Music Festival.
